When processing personal data, we only apply duly selected procedures and adequate methods to ensure personal data protection. Therefore, we process the personal data in a credible and transparent manner in conformity with applicable legal regulations, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, as amended. We hereby inform you that the Controller will process the following personal data in the scope in which they will be provided by you as a data subject for the purpose of: response to your interest in booking a tour (hereinafter referred to as the “Enquiry”) and the relating communication including your potential legal negotiations subsequent to this interest or related to this interest:

We would like to inform you that the above-mentioned purposes for processing represent the Controller’s legitimate interests so that it may execute the Enquiry and take the necessary steps related to it.
We also want to inform you that the above-mentioned purposes for said processing coincide with personal data processing that may be necessary for dealing with measures adopted prior to a contract and for the performance of a contract of which you are the contractual party.
If a service is not ordered or a contract is not signed on the basis of an Enquiry or in connection with it, the personal data shall be processed under the above-mentioned purpose for a maximum period of three (3) years from the time it was obtained from you; The period becomes longer if it is apparent that the Enquiry is still relevant for you on the basis of your communications with a view to all of the circumstances.
The personal data shall be processed by the Controller, but also by the following processors who are authorised to process the personal data on behalf of the Controller:
